Central Minnesota Repair & Restoration has been in business for over 25 years, providing quality maintenance and construction services. There is a wide variety of housing that we do maintenance or restoration for, which includes market rate family housing, tax credit housing, student housing, and various other residential housing projects. With the addition of NRR, we are now offering Cabin Care Services.

We have long-standing relationships with several vendors bout service oriented and materials. Many of these accounts allow us to offer discounted pricing, saving money for our customers.

Our team of professionals is lead by the company's owner Mark Andersen. His role in scheduling, coordinating and executing he and his team members has helped CMRR and now NRR achieve a successful track record with his customers while enjoying a very strong and steady growth pattern.
