About Us

Central Minnesota Repair & Restoration has been in business for over 25 years, providing quality maintenance and construction services. In 2023 we expanded our service area to northern Minnesota with Northern Repair & Restoration. There is a wide variety of housing that we do maintenance or restoration for, which includes market rate family housing, tax credit housing, student housing, and various other residential housing projects. With the addition of NRR, we are now offering Cabin Care Services.

We have long-standing relationships with several vendors bout service oriented and materials. Many of these accounts allow us to offer discounted pricing, saving money for our customers.

Our team of professionals is lead by the company’s owner Mark Andersen. His role in scheduling, coordinating and executing he and his team members has helped CMRR and now NRR achieve a successful track record with his customers while enjoying a very strong and steady growth pattern.

Mark takes great pride in leading a company whose success is a result of operating based on being dependable, trustworthy, honest and fair.

Mark Andersen

Mark Andersen is a owner of the company, with over 20 years maintenance experience, and 7 years of carpentry experience.  He started working for CMRR and in 2014 bought into the business.   Mark loves the variety of the job, working on different things every day and getting to know all the clients.  Mark lives in Avon with his girlfriend and his son.  He loves the great outdoors, mostly fishing and deer hunting.

Steve Hengel

Steve Hengel is essential part of CMRR. He has been here for 13 years and is always on the move.  Steve is married with two kids and has a love for the great outdoors.  Steve is knowledgeable in all areas of the maintenance trade but when a plumbing issue arises he is our guy.

Justin Crosby

Justin Crosby is our veteran employee with 19 years.  You won’t find anyone more dedicated.  He is an essential part of the team, very detail oriented, and knowledgeable in all areas.  Justin has one son and enjoys reading and technology.  He will be lead service tech for Northern Repair and Restoration.
